Most of our products are pre-loved.

We use acorns to show the condition rating of each item in the market.
How do we arrive at these ratings? Multiple people inspect each item carefully and come to an agreement on a rating
between 3-5 (in .25 increments).

5 acorns: Excellent condition- looks close to new.
4 acorns: Very Good condition- minor signs of wear.
3 acorns: Good condition- moderate signs of wear,
but still structurally and functionally sound
with plenty of life left.

If an item is 'New-with-tags' or 'New-without tags' it will be stated in the item's quality notes.
